How do I register to become a technician on Glow?
For Technicians
Why does Glow notify me: "New customer, no completed orders yet. Please collect payment before starting the service."?
When you receive this notification, collect payment before performing the service after arriving at the customer's address, to avoid cases where the customer does not pay.
If the customer does not cooperate, ask the customer to cover your travel costs before leaving and "Cancel the order" according to policy.
Can customers cancel orders themselves on the Glow app?
No. If the customer wants to cancel, you need to tap "Cancel Order" on their behalf.
Why can't I accept orders?
Please tap the "Support" button on the Glow app and provide the following information so Glow can check:
• Your registered phone number
• A screenshot taken when tapping "Accept Order"
Why am I not chosen by customers?
An order can be accepted by multiple technicians at once. If you accept many orders but are not chosen by customers, try to:
• Update your profile with a clear photo and a detailed description of your experience.
• Accept multiple orders at the same time (if you can).
What if the customer's information, address, or service time is different from what's shown on the Glow app?
If the information, address, or service time differs from what's on the app, please confirm again with the customer before traveling or performing the service. If you cannot fulfil the order, tap "Cancel Order", select the correct reason, and report it via the "Support" section.
If both parties agree to proceed with the service, the technician and customer may agree on payment before the service begins.
What should I do if the customer changes the service time while I'm working?
Continue the service according to the customer's desired time and tap "Complete" on the order. Then tap the "Support" button on the Glow app to report and get assistance.
The advertising fee will be adjusted according to the amount you collect from the customer if the customer increases or decreases the service time.
What should I do if a customer behaves impolitely, illegally, or against public morals?
Politely decline the customer, stop performing the service, ask the customer to cover travel costs before leaving, then cancel the order according to policy.
Glow notifies me that a customer has booked me but I do not want to accept the order — what should I do?
Please do not tap "Accept Order", or tap "Decline".
To temporarily hide your profile from the listing, go to "Account" and turn off "Show profile". When turned off, your profile is only shown to customers when you actively accept an order.
If a customer doesn't show up for the service after I've arrived ("no-show"), doesn't pay, or refuses the service, does Glow provide support?
If the technician contacts and agrees with the customer outside the app, Glow will not be responsible and will not provide support for any issues that arise.
* Note:
- Support amounts are sent to the technician's bank account.
- Each order is eligible for only one type of support; support amounts are not stacked.
