These parties may only process data within the scope permitted by Glow, under Glow's instructions, and on the basis of appropriate contracts/agreements covering confidentiality and data protection.

Cross-border data transfers: To support system operations and service expansion (e.g., in the Philippines and Thailand), your data may be stored on international cloud servers or processed by Glow's overseas branches. You may exercise the above rights by:

In the event of a complaint or incident, Glow reserves the right to temporarily suspend deletion and continue to retain the relevant message data for as long as necessary to verify, process, and protect the legitimate interests of Glow, Customers, Technicians, or related third parties, or to comply with requests from competent authorities.
Where message data is reviewed by an authorized system, authorized personnel, or AI in accordance with this Policy, Glow applies corresponding access control, tracing, and security mechanisms.
Security measures: We apply technical and organizational measures appropriate to the level of risk, including encryption during transmission/storage as appropriate, firewalls, access controls, access logs, internal controls, periodic reviews, and protective measures for location data, health data, message data, and other sensitive data.
