Personal Information is information about users that is personally identifiable, including but not limited to name, national identification number, birth certificate number, passport number, nationality, address, phone number, fax number, banking information, credit card information, ethnicity, gender, date of birth, marital status, residency status, educational background, financial status, personal preferences, email address, profession, user's identity in Glow, user's information in Glow, user's industry, any information about the user that the user has provided to Glow in registration forms, application forms or any similar forms and/or any information about the user that has been or will be collected, stored, used and processed by Glow over time and includes sensitive personal information such as health data, religion or other similar beliefs

The provision of Personal Information by the user is entirely voluntary. However, if the user does not provide Glow with the user's Personal Information, Glow will not be able to process the user's Personal Information for the Purposes and Additional Purposes as set out below:

If the user is an agent, seller or service provider, the provision of the user's Personal Information is mandatory, and the failure to provide the user's Personal Information will be a violation of the law or legal regulations and may cause Glow to be unable to cooperate with the user to provide services or products or make payments to the user for products or services that the user provides.

In addition to the user's Personal Information directly provided to Glow, Glow may collect the user's Personal Information from various sources such as:

To respond to user questions, comments and feedback;

To contact the user for any purpose listed in this Notice;

To serve internal management purposes such as auditing, data analysis, database storage;

To serve the purpose of detecting, preventing and prosecuting crimes;

To assist Glow in complying with legal obligations;

To perform Glow's obligations under any agreements signed with customers;

To provide customers with any requested services;

To process customer registrations and provide services to customers;;

When customers request to download and use the Glow application (App), or to process customer requests, to provide the App to customers and to provide customers with a license to use the App;

To process customer participation in any event, activity, focus group, survey, contest, promotion, vote, or product;

To process, manage or verify the customer's subscription registration to Glow and to provide customers with benefits for subscribers;

To confirm customer orders and process payments related to any products or services that customers have requested;

To understand and analyze our business as well as the needs and preferences of customers;

To develop, enhance, and provide products and services to meet customer needs;

To process product exchanges or returns;

For customers who are agents, sellers, suppliers, partners, contractors or service providers:

To serve the purpose of cooperating with customers to provide services or products;

To create conditions or allow any inspections that Glow may require to cooperate with customers;

To process payments related to any products or services that customers provide;

To contact customers or Glow of customers.
