
Glow Care is a policy that commits to protecting customer rights when using the Glow app. It applies to at-home services such as Massage, Gym, Fitness, Yoga, etc., provided by therapists marked with the Glow Care green check badge on the app.
Refund if the therapist does not perform the booked service as requested.
Compensation if the therapist who arrives does not match the profile shown in the app.
Customer benefits are applicable when all three of the following criteria are met:
The customer has completed payment to the therapist.
The customer reports the problem and provides verifiable photographic evidence to Glow as soon as possible.
The service was performed by a therapist with the Glow Care green check badge.
