I booked on Glow late at night because I couldn’t sleep from my usual neck pain. I have chronic pain on the left side of my neck going down into my left shoulder blade, and I’ve tried everything: MRI evaluations, Decompression Therapy, Physical Therapy, Chiropractors, Reiki, Thai Yoga, Every Massage Possible, Dr. Stretch, Personal Training you name it. I’ve even seen doctors in Colombia, Taiwan (#1 Healthcare!!!), and the United States. Then I booked her… and WOW. She was so kind, professional, and incredibly skilled. Within the first few seconds, she found the exact trouble area and worked it with precision. I honestly felt like she had magic hands. I fell asleep multiple times during the massage, which almost never happens for me. This was some of the best money I’ve ever spent on my health. Thank you so much for your care and your gift. For a second time, the therapist was excellent. She had a great attitude, listened carefully to my needs, and followed my guidance on where to apply pressure. She adjusted the intensity appropriately, applying firm pressure when needed and lighter pressure in more sensitive areas. I also mentioned that I had been exposed to too much sun during the day. Even after the scheduled session had ended, she kindly took extra time to apply aloe lotion to my skin to help prevent peeling the next day. This additional care, despite taking extra time that I was not charged for, truly reflects a high level of service. Even if it was only about 10 extra minutes, I found it to be greatly appreciated and a sign of excellent professionalism.

The therapist was extremely professional, respectful, and made sure everything was comfortable from start to finish. The session was planned for 1 hour, but she stayed almost 2 hours and gave a full, relaxing treatment without rushing anything. You could really feel the care and effort she put into her work. I enjoyed every minute and left feeling completely relaxed. Because of her dedication and professionalism, I was happy to give her an extra tip — she truly deserved it.
