I request for an aroma massage, but the therapist's palms were so rough and scratchy that it was absolutely impossible to get massaged. (Because her hand somewhere problems) It was deeply uncomfortable every time they touched my skin, making the oil massage unbearable. Not wanting to waste anyone's time or money, I proposed switching to a dry massage or any other service just to fill the scheduled time and get it over with. I am more than willing to pay the full amount if the service is actually performed, but I absolutely refuse to pay any service fees or tips if no massage is provided at all. Demanding money without delivering the basic service is completely unacceptable. But later,... Vivi was continued same oil massage and I have to keep the service... was just OK!
