Vì mình bị đau vai gáy nặng nên bạn ấy tập trung vào các huyệt đạo ở vùng này.Những động tác miết, ấn đều rất chắc chắn, không bị đau kiểu "bầm dập" mà là cảm giác các thớ cơ được giãn ra từ từ.
