Hello, I am Phuong - a therapist with the orientation to care and restore the body using the Dien Chan method combined with massage therapy techniques. I focus on common problems such as neck and shoulder stiffness, back fatigue, pain due to sitting for long periods of time, working a lot or not moving properly. In each treatment session, I prioritize listening to the body's condition, observing and adjusting techniques to suit each person, with the goal of helping the body relax, reduce fatigue and improve the feeling of the body. Besides therapy, I am a Pilates Trainer so I have knowledge about movement, posture and how to use the body. I hope to not only help you relax after a day of work but also guide you through simple habits for you to proactively take care of your body at home.
