1. GUIDE TO BOOKING SERVICES AT GLOW LOCATIONS

Step 1: Open the Glow app → select Workout, spa at 500+ Glow locations.

Step 2: Choose the service that suits you.

View the list and select the service you want.

Please note the following important information:

- Location address
- Opening hours: You will not be able to use the service outside of the facility's opening hours.

Step 3: Click “Book Now” and enter your booking information

Fill in the following information:

- Booking time

- Your contact information

After entering all the information, click “Book Now”.

Glow will contact you to confirm your booking information.

2. HOW TO TOP UP GLOW BALANCE

Glow balance is the unit used to pay for services directly on the Glow app.

Step 1: In the "Explore" section → Select "Glow Balance" → Click "Top Up"

Step 2: Enter the amount to top up and select "Transfer"

Step 3: Get the account number or QR code and use it in your bank's app to transfer the money

Note:

- The amount transferred must match the amount entered in the Glow app.

- Each account number can only be used once within 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, you need to go to the Glow app to get a new account number.

Q1. Can I arrive late for my scheduled appointment?

You can arrive a little late; Glow and the spa will always try to arrange the best service for you. However, to ensure your experience is complete, please arrive at the scheduled time or notify Glow in advance if there are any changes to the time.

Q2. Can I change my appointment time?

If you need to change your appointment time, please notify Glow through the support channels at least 2 hours before your scheduled appointment time on the app. 

Q3. How do I cancel a booked appointment?

To cancel a booked appointment, please contact Glow through one of the following support channels:
